One of the most emblematic mansion called Buñoli in Establiments – FOR SALE

The possession of Buñolí, one of the most emblematic mansion in the municipality of Palma and is now for sale.

Situated on the top of a hill, between Son Gual, Sarrià and El Canyar – in the area around Buñolí is a “diamond in the rough”, as described.

It has 7,593 square metres built (5,349 usable) and has fifteen bedrooms, eight bathrooms, terrace, balcony.

To be reformed…

This includes a mansion, an old mill, the clastra and the master house.

The mansion – which presumably indicates the building known in Catalan as ‘les cases dels senyors’ -, dates from 1698 and is built of stone and sandstone.

It has four floors with a total of 2,838m2 of floor space divided into living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms – “some with en-suite bathrooms”, large terraces and balconies. Each room has enormous windows from which you can enjoy privileged views of the countryside, mountains, Palma City and even some sea view. The houses are surrounded by a splendid garden and also has a chapel and a temple in which historically provides religious services to the neighbourhood and family events.

The plot of Buñoli has 250 hectares, covered with leafy centenary trees and panoramic views of greenery and nature. The road leading to the buildings of Buñoli is lined up with majestic eucalyptus trees that reach 36 metres in height. One of them, as well as an ash tree are listed by the Govern.

For hundreds of years, the fields surrounding the possession has been served as a source of income. Carob trees, orange trees and vineyards, as well as olive trees, stand out. Another of the most important sources of income was the commercialisation of livestock, such as sheep.
